The Legacy of Dance Academy provides personalized professional dance training, discipline, and technique in a friendly non-competitive environment for students ranging

from 2 1/2 years of age to adult in a modern spacious dance studio equipped with wall to wall mirrors and a wood cushioned floor to absorb impact.

Through a combination of group classes, individual attention, and performances, children and adults alike are trained in proper dance technique by certified professional instructors, gaining the skills necessary to shine. We help our students gain self-discipline, confidence, and an appreciation of the arts, so that they too may become part of the legacy of dance.

For any and all that are interested in quality dance lessons, either for professional purposes or simply fun, The Legacy of Dance Academy is the right place for you. We offer professional level lessons taught by certified instructors in a wide variety of disciplines, including: Ballet - Vaganova Method, Jazz, Hip Hop, Character Dance, Armenian Folk Dance, and even Pilates. Our academy teaches the world renowned Vaganova Russian ballet technique which has produced famous dancers such as Nureyev, Makarova, Pavlova, and Baryshnikov. The Legacy of Dance Academy's mandate to maintain smaller class sizes allow students to have the individualized attention they require.

The Legacy of Dance Academy produces a series of year-end performances, in such venues as: the Toronto Centre for the Arts, Fairview Theatre, and the Ontario Science Centre. Our students have also performed in out of town concerts in Ottawa, Windsor and St.Catharines.
