Payments can be made in full, or in 4 post dated cheques as follows:

First Payment: Due upon registration (includes $15+HST non refundable registration fee, unless part of a promotion)
Second Payment: Costume deposit, Dec.4th 2010 ($56.50 includes HST)
Third Payment: January 3rd , 2011
Fourth Payment: March 5th,2011

Please Note:
In the case of withdrawal from classes, the school must be notified in writing one (1) week prior to the start of the next term, in order to receive back unused post dated cheques.

If paying by cash payments must be received 2 weeks prior to the above payment dates. Cheque or cash payments made after the above mentioned dates will be subjected to an additional 15% late payment fee.

Once a term has begun, no refund can be issued for remainder of the term classes. Thus students are encouraged to continue through to the end of the term

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Multiple class discounts.
Students taking a second class a week will receive a 10% discount on the lesser valued class. Additional discounts will apply if taking more than 2 classes per week. Multiple class discounts cannot be combined with siblings.

Boys dance free for 1 term*
*for new students, a 1 time offer. At time of registration, the first term payment will be deducted, Payment must be received in full at time of registration, and is non refundable.

TERMS
1st Term - September 13th, 2010 to December 11th, 2011
2nd Term - January 3rd, 2011 to March 12th , 2011
3rd Term - March 21st , 2011 to June 11th, 2011


HOLIDAYS
The school will be closed on the following dates:

Thanksgiving Weekend – October 9th – 11th, 2010
Winter Holidays - December 13th 2010 - January 1st 2011
Family Day Weekend - Feb.19th - 21st 2011
March Break (1 week) March 14th – 19th, 2011
Easter Weekend – April 21st - 23rd 2011
Victoria Day Weekend – May 21st – 23rd 2011
